At Biswas Rubber & Allied Products Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in delivering high-quality rubber and allied products tailored to our clients’ needs. Since many of our products are customized or made to order, refunds and cancellations are governed by the following terms:
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as production or processing begins.
- Any advance payment made is non-refundable once production or dispatch has started.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged or defective.
- The items received are significantly different from the order placed.
- The order was canceled within the permitted cancellation period.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Products were customized per client specifications (size, design, or branding).
- Incorrect size, design, or specifications were provided by the client.
- Slight variations in color, texture, or finish occur due to material batches.
- Delivery delays were caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Refund Process
- Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
- Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Approved Replacement product will be delivered in 10 days.
